Prof. Doyle became a Fellow of the IEEE with the citation "for contributions to nonlinear process control and analysis for biological systems." The grade of Fellow is conferred by the IEEE Board of Directors upon a person with an extraordinary record of accomplishments that have contributed importantly to the advancement or application of engineering, science and technology.
